Thanks for the lovely hospitality. I had a very pleasant stay, with clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. The food and ambience were very good too. I look forward to coming back.

I stay here regularly when I visit Vellore, and this time was just as good. The rooms are consistently neat and well maintained. Uma at reception deserves a big thank you for always being polite and making check-in pleasant.

It's convenient to get to VIT if that's your main reason for staying. The Deluxe Rooms are new and well maintained, and the staff and service are good. Breakfast could be better, though it was decent given the current LPG issues.

I stayed two days and found the service disappointing and the policies unclear. At breakfast, they refused basic items like an omelette and dosa because of a “cylinder shortage.” That felt poorly managed and unprofessional for a hotel. The water bottle policy was inconsistent too. We got two 750ml bottles on the first day, then only two 500ml bottles the next day. When we asked for the same as before, staff cited “policy” without explaining it. Even after several calls and speaking directly with the owner, Vinod, at the counter, they offered no flexibility or proper reason. Management lacked consistency, transparency, and consideration. Guests shouldn't have to argue over basic amenities or deal with rules this unclear. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
