The Fern Sattva Resort Polo Forest

The evening entertainment and indoor games kept us busy enough that we hardly needed to go out. We enjoyed the Housie games, chances for guests to sing, and the other nighttime activities. The spa was relaxing and well worth trying. We stayed two nights on the breakfast and dinner plan. Both meals had a great spread and were excellent quality, with lots of tasty options at breakfast that worked for kids through elderly guests. Dinner was just as impressive. Thanks to Team Members Atanu, Amit, and Ajay for their excellent service in the food department, and Sourabh and Salman in housekeeping for their support and hospitality. Our stay was memorable, and we look forward to coming back.

We loved the atmosphere here, and the food quality was awesome. The garden is beautiful, with flowers and nice surroundings beside the room. Rooms were neat and clean, and so was the swimming pool. There are plenty of indoor games, plus a well equipped gym and children's play area. We also really enjoyed the very nice republic day celebration.

The support staff were extremely helpful, humble, and polite, and their courteous manner really added to our stay. Aside from the issues below, we had a good experience at the property. The bed in our guest room kept creaking, and the extra bed was uncomfortable and made similar noises. At dinner there was a wide variety, but most dishes were too spicy for children. A few mild, kid friendly choices would help families. The children’s play area and indoor games need better upkeep. The carrom board was unstable because one leg was broken. The air hockey table needs maintenance, the table tennis balls were old and unsuitable for play, and the foosball table was in very poor shape, too old and not playable. It needs major improvement or replacement. I hope these concerns are taken constructively and addressed to improve guests' comfort.

The game room needs some attention. The Air Hockey table surface was uneven, and its score display pointers weren't working. I hope management puts some funds into maintaining these facilities. Apart from that, it was a very relaxing stay at The Fern Sattva. Hospitality was the highlight, from the warm welcome at the gate to smooth check-in at reception.
