The location and rooms are very good, the rates are cheap, and there’s covered parking in the basement. Breakfast can get repetitive if you stay several days, as we did. The hotel also has a shop where you can buy things at reasonable prices. Watch out for the bearded rickshaw driver who stands outside in the evenings. We encountered an older man speaking Hindi who slyly took us to a saree and wooden goods shop, calling it some kind of museum, and we got ripped off. So be careful with that driver.

We stayed for two days. The reception and food were good, and the bed and chairs were okay, but the experience overall wasn’t very satisfying. The rooms, especially the bathroom, need proper maintenance. Its ceiling wasn’t clean, and the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned properly. They supplied shared shampoo/body wash and hand wash bottles for guests, which really disappointed me. This was our second Treebo experience,

A good place to stay, with a veg restaurant and enough parking on the premises. The hotel is near Nexus mall and a short distance from the zoo and palace. Rooms are spacious and nice, and breakfast was good with a veg menu.

We spent three nights at Treebo Premium Akshaya Mahal Inn and had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The rooms were well maintained and reasonably priced, and the in-house restaurant served good food. There’s plenty of parking, which was convenient, and most major tourist spots are nearby.

The stay was safe, but it wasn’t comfortable or luxurious and didn’t match what we paid. During the holiday season, two rooms for two days cost us ₹26,500, a steep increase that didn’t seem justified. Around ₹12,000 for the same two rooms and two days would have felt reasonable. The bathroom smelled unpleasant and needs attention. They didn’t provide basic items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb, or soap, and the rooms weren’t cleaned on our second day. Breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Complimentary water was just 1 litre per room per day, when at least 1 litre per person should have been provided. We had to buy extra despite the premium rate.
