Hotel La Casa

We had plenty of parking, and it was easy to access. The function hall was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with friendly, accommodating staff. Catering was tasty and plentiful. Great value for money, and I’d recommend the venue for weddings, birthday parties, or corporate events.

The rooms were cozy, spacious, and nice, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel felt worth the money, with car parking available and Blinkit delivery reaching the spot. I stayed for a day during a long road trip from Bangalore by car. The Google Maps location was accurate, and Indrakeeladri temple and Prakasam Barrage are almost 13Kms from the hotel. One caution if you’re driving: I saw large rats on the street, so I ordered rat repellent through Blinkit and sprayed some in my car. Restaurant service was slow on the day we visited, possibly because a party was being held in the banquet hall. That may have been a one-time issue, so I don’t want to generalize.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were helpful throughout. The in-house restaurant served good food, though it was a little expensive. The rooms were the real letdown: they looked nothing like the booking app photos, and the old interiors had broken areas. Bathroom floors had stains, many corners were poorly cleaned, and most doors and bathroom fittings were rusted. The maintenance needs clear improvement. The room didn’t feel comfortable or worth the price. Better options are available nearby at the same budget. It might do for a quick stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for comfort until the rooms are renovated.

Room service was very good, as were check-in and check-out. But the washrooms were unacceptable, with rusted taps, water leaks, and a bad smell in the room. Management needs to address the hygiene and maintenance urgently, including renovating the property.
