Hotel Lotus Green Park

There’s safe parking, the location is strategic, and both the hotel and room service are good. The tariff is a little high for what you get, but I’d still recommend it to people looking for accommodation in Vijayawada.

I’m replying to the owner’s response to my Google review about our stay at Hotel Lotus Green Park from the night of 25/08/18 to the night of 26/08/18. The owner said the mattress and pillows had been damaged. We checked out on 26/08/18 at night, after the reception staff member checked the room and found everything in order. We then paid Rs 2950 and received a receipt that night. So why are there claims of damage after the room was checked, the payment accepted, and the receipt issued? After a very bad stay, I left honest feedback on the site because we didn’t get value for our money, and I didn’t want other customers to go through what we did. Before posting, I told the person at reception on the morning of 26/08/18. He didn’t say who he was, and I later heard from hotel staff that he was the owner. To me, the sequence of events makes it clear that these allegations are being made to cover the hotel’s shortcomings and blame us. I feel the hotel is trying to take customers for a ride. It should provide the service and value people pay for. This behaviour goes against hospitality guidelines and consumer rights, and is highly unethical.

The staff were attentive and good, and the coffee was surprisingly generous in quantity and tasted good. Our room was a bit small, though it was well maintained. A good hotel near Benz Circle, Vijayawada.

It’s very close to benz circle, which is convenient. The room was okay, neither good nor very bad, but the rooms and bathrooms aren’t maintained very well. Management should take cleaning them more seriously.
