Hotel O Andhra Pradesh Hotels Association

Worst experience. I booked online through Makemytrip, but at check-in the receptionist seemed lazy and said the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so he couldn’t see my booking. I showed him the voucher, and he claimed the price I’d paid was wrong and demanded double. When I asked why, he gave no explanation, just pointed to a number on the wall and told me to call the manager. From there it turned into a nightmare: rude staff, unethical management, a creepy area, and an unhygienic stay. Don’t be fooled by the steep discount. They’ll demand more money once you arrive. Avoid this place at all costs. NOTE: All the positive reviews here are three years old.

I left early, around 7 AM, because I couldn’t take the cigarette smell and unhygienic conditions in the room. The bed was awful, and nobody changed the sheets. The Wi-Fi only worked part of the time, while the AC and TV didn’t work for my entire stay. They also charged me an extra ₹350/- after I’d already paid the check-in amount online. I felt stuck, so I paid. I’d never recommend this hotel.

It was peaceful and quiet, and I felt the place was secure. Check-in went smoothly. It’s a budget hotel, and I enjoyed staying there. I’ll go again.

We had booked from 28th of Dec to 30th Dec and paid everything in advance. At check-in, the hotel refused to let us in unless we paid extra, saying the booking only covered one day. I paid because I thought maybe I hadn’t checked properly when booking. But when I asked Goibibo, they said the hotel wasn’t entitled to demand more money. Now the hotel denies what happened and won’t refund the extra amount. I’ve already filed a case with GOIBIBO about the fraud.
