The rooms are better, but the function hall toilets are very dirty. They won't turn on the ACs until the function starts, and keep giving different reasons for delaying it.

The room was comfortable and nice, and Bellboy Mahesh was polite and helpful. He guided us to the room and helped with the elevator gates. Still, the check-in left us with mixed feelings, so we checked out early the next morning. We'd driven from Nellore and arrived at SRC Grand Hotel around 9:40 PM, exhausted after the long trip. The receptionist, Sireesh, sounded arrogant. We gave the booking person's name and mobile number, but he insisted he needed the booking ID and said he couldn't find our details. He claimed there were four bookings under the same name, which seemed exaggerated. There wasn't even basic stationery to write down our ID details. We stayed one night, checking in on 11 Feb and out on 12 Feb. The room itself was good, but that first interaction was disappointing.
Not worth the tariff. The AC didn't work at all, there was no hot water in the washrooms, and they didn't provide fresh bedrolls.
The room itself is fine, but the people at the desk demand extra money. Only after you pay does the person talk to you normally. Otherwise, they ignore everything. A terrible experience.
The service was right on point, and for the price this works if you just need somewhere to crash for the night. The rooms are a little shabby, though, and the elevator makes an annoying sound. It only gets switched off at one.
