The restaurant was unhygienic, with a theatre in the backyard and a bar attached to it. The parking lot was cramped and smelled bad. In the room, the AC didn't work, cockroaches were all over the bathroom and beds, and I wasn't given a door key. Staff said the swipe card was activated, but it wasn't. When I raised the problem, they laughed instead of showing any empathy. There was no maintenance, and the staff had no concern for customers. The quality was horrible, even street food or eateries serve better food. I wouldn't recommend it even for a one-day stay. Avoid it if you want peace of mind, there are plenty of good options elsewhere.

We checked out as soon as we woke up because the place was full of roaches and small insects, in the rooms, corridors, beds, bathroom, and lift. There was no insecticide to get rid of them. The taps and shower were clogged with something, and it felt like a waste of money.

The noise from the speakers at alankar theatre beside the hotel was very disturbing, and the lift stopped twice while we were inside it. In our room, there was disgusting seepage on the ceiling, and the washroom tap and commode jet spray didn't work. We asked to change rooms, but they wouldn't accommodate us. We had a bad stay and wouldn't recommend the hotel at all. For families especially, it's a big NO!

Picking up food was a horrible experience. The place wasn't hygienic and had no proper ticketing system. This evening I ordered food for my family and waited nearly 15 minutes just to place the order at the counter. After all that waiting, getting the food was a real hassle.
