Hotel Swarna Heights

The owner has changed, and this has been a terrible experience. The staff behaved badly, the reception staff were very rude, and prices change from day to day. The room smelled very bad and had bed bugs. When we asked for it to be cleaned, they charged 500. It felt like dealing with commercial people and staff. I'd advise people not to check in or choose this hotel for families.

I paid ₹2000 and checked in around 1:00 AM today, but the room wasn't properly cleaned and didn't match what the online listing showed for its price and quality. The whole place smelled strongly of cigarettes. Late at night there was a lot of noise from men and women, and the environment felt unsafe and unsuitable for families. I checked out by 2:30 AM because I was worried about my family's safety, without thinking about the money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to families or anyone wanting a clean, safe, peaceful stay.

The location is the reason for the rating. Cockroaches were there, and water was clogged in the bathroom. This place could improve.

We stayed at the hotel for months because of work, and had a terrible experience with the receptionist. When rain caused the room to leak badly, they moved us to another room, then after a few days she told us to go back to the old one because the rain had stopped. We refused. We'd paid the full amount for one month, and she said the rate would go up from the next month. There's plenty more bad I could say. There was a new guy with glasses who was really good, spoke well to guests, understood them, and tried to value customers. The receptionist lady acted like the hotel belonged to her.
