I stayed for 15 days and had a really bad experience with the maintenance, hospitality, and how guests were handled. Since I'd paid in advance and booked all 15 days, I couldn't move to another hotel.

We booked two standard AC rooms for ₹2,300 total, roughly ₹1,200 each. The room was good for the price. It's about 10 minutes from the temple, and there are plenty of restaurants within 1 km.

I was told one room price at Sri Capital Hotel in Vijayawada, then the staff demanded more at checkout. When I asked about the difference, they were very rude and verbally abusive. That was completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected clear charges and basic courtesy, but neither was there. If you do stay, double-check the bill and get the charges in writing. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was unhygienic, and the room smelled unpleasant enough that it was hard to relax. The bed and pillows appeared to be infested with mold, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. It was an uncomfortable, disappointing stay at OYO Capital Hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, pleasant place.

I barely slept because the blankets were dirty, there was a lot of noise from other buildings, and the beds were too bouncy. Staff didn't even try to fix the problems. There was no water or dinner, and the location was absurd. One of my worst experiences.
