The breakfast buffet stood out, with plenty of fresh, tasty options. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed, and Hotel Putri Palace is well placed for exploring the area's natural beauty in Mirzapur-cum-Vindhyachal. The welcoming staff made check-in smooth and were attentive from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the region, and I look forward to coming back soon.

We booked the whole hotel for our guests through our travel agency based in Sikkim, and the staff's behavior and service were very bad and unprofessional. Money seemed to be all that mattered to them. We ordered dinner for 30 people, but they couldn't provide it, leaving our guests in serious trouble that night. After payment, they changed their attitude on the day we arrived. Please look for a better option and avoid this hotel. Genuine feedback. Thank you.

They were always reachable when we had questions and served wonderful food three times a day. The staff were friendly and helped a lot with local travel and guides. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone travelling to Vindhyachal.

We loved staying here. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's an amazing hotel on Mirzapur's quiet streets. Highly recommend.

Mr. Vishal Dubey ji deserves special thanks. During the peak time of the Maha Kumbh, he helped us sort out our travel situation and arrange a hotel room right away, so we had a great stay. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was awesome, so I recommend trying it if you stay here. It's very close to Maa Vindyanchal Temple, and they will help you get darsha as quickly as they can. An excellent experience overall. Thanks 🙏
