Coorg Cliffs Resort

Good morning! The people here made our stay wonderful. Every department had lovely staff who were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. Special thanks to Mr.Basheer, Mr.Subramani, Mr.nachappabasanth in the dining area, and the head chef. The resort was clean and peaceful, with comfortable, well-kept facilities and delicious food with lots of choices. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the visit memorable. We came as a group of around 23 for a 2N/3D weekend team outing. The infinity pool looks out to the forest and sunset point, which made swimming feel surreal. We stayed in “The Tavern” rooms, with a great forest view and amazing sunsets from the balconies. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the photos are definitely “Instagram-able” worthy. The resort is in a great location and really lives up to its name as a cliff resort. We booked full-board meals and everything I tried tasted very good. My one small gripe is that there were no fresh fruit juices made to order, only coke and other sodas. It’s a lovely staycation for families and young kids, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone planning a Coorg holiday. Pro tip: August to January seems the best time to visit. We came in the first week of Feb, so it was a little hot, but we still had fun.

The plantation tour was a highlight. The person who showed us around explained everything clearly, and we learned a lot about the surroundings. Divya was especially polite and supportive, and the whole staff helped us feel comfortable throughout. The restaurant and dining area were excellent, with delicious food and attentive service from the kind restaurant manager. Our rooms, the views, and the peaceful ambience were all lovely, and everything seemed well maintained. A wonderful, memorable stay, highly recommended for a relaxing break! 🌿✨

Our children felt safe, comfortable, and completely at ease here. They laughed, played, and made lovely connections, turning ordinary moments into memories we’ll treasure. Seeing them so happy was the best part of our trip. We spent three unforgettable days here, from 7th to 10th February 2026. The calm surroundings and careful upkeep made the whole place feel like a retreat from the rush of daily life. More than anything, though, it was the people who made it special. Sruti, Savita, Sagar, Ashok, and Iba were warm, thoughtful, and attentive, and every team member helped create a real feeling of welcome and care. It was more than a stay for us, it was a peaceful, kind, and comforting experience that will stay with us long after coming home.
