The reception staff communicated poorly and unprofessionally, and gave no proper response or support when I raised issues. Wi-Fi, which had been promised, wasn't provided, and neither the room nor washroom was clean or properly maintained. Very disappointing service at MVP Check Inn. They need to improve a lot. I wouldn't recommend it unless these basic problems are fixed.

There was no proper car parking, and the staff weren't cooperative. The management also didn't feel customer-friendly. Before we went to MVP Check-In Hotel, we were told ₹1800 for 12 hours. Once there, they changed the price to ₹2500 for the same duration. That's very unprofessional and felt like complete cheating. Totally disappointed. I won't recommend it to anyone.

The TV and landline weren't working when I was there. I asked about them repeatedly, but the management didn't give good answers. Not worth the money.

The room was clean, and the staff were fine. The location worked well for my visit to the accountants. Light from outside shone into the room, but I was too tired to mind.
