Being near the station made my early departure easy and stress-free. The room was clean and really comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, which was especially nice when I was tired. Thanks for the hospitality and a much-needed rest. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Vizag.

The biggest hassle was getting to the hotel because of major road construction. I was also disappointed with the room: the Google photos I saw before booking seemed to show a higher-tier or executive room, and the accommodation felt lower quality than I expected for a short family stay with my parents. The room did work as a temporary base, though. The receptionist and the other desk attendant were friendly, understanding, and very helpful with my last-minute requests. Their service alone deserves five stars.

Hospitality and location were good, but the room itself wasn't. It was very small for a family, with a tiny bed, dirty bedsheets, and lots of little cockroaches.

It's a decent place to stay and quite clean, though it's not very close to shops or places to eat. The service needs work: the ACs weren't working properly, the rooms weren't cleaned daily, and water spilled out of the bathroom shower.
