The location was good and the lodge was very affordable. The lift, AC and geyser all worked well, and cleanliness was okay. The bedsheets were a bit old and looked slightly dirty, though they had been washed. The TV and Wi-Fi didn't work in most rooms. I think they may have been deliberately withholding the Wi-Fi. There was no room service after 8 pm, and the male receptionist's behavior was not good.

The bed was filthy, the sheets needed changing, and the pillow smelled bad. I used my own bedsheet. They'd taken away the blanket because it was dirty and unwashed, and they weren't changing the beds at all. The breakfast was supposedly free, but there was no tea, and the food came from a roadside seller. The hotel's pictures are fake, and the owner is cheating people. The worst part was how we were treated. They kept ringing the doorbell loudly and disturbing us, then pressured us to either leave or pay for another day. I told them it wasn't a good time to talk, but they started again from 7 am and forced us out. Rama Krishna, who was on the night shift, shouted so loudly that people from other rooms came outside. I hadn't even brushed my teeth, and he wouldn't listen. They showed no consideration for the 61-year-old in our group with a fractured leg. Please don't go to this messy hotel, Super Town Hotel. It should be called Worst Town House Hotel. Staying on the road would be better. How many people is Ramakrishna making money from, and how much is the owner making? 👎👎👎👎👎👎🙏

I paid 30 percent in advance and also paid extra for an early check-in, specifying 6 am. Still, there was no room when we arrived. The boy at the hotel said to wait until 11, and warned that we'd lose the advance if we left. After a lot of hassle, they gave us a small room and promised to move us to a better one later. They didn't change it at 11. There was no drinking water, tea or breakfast, and the TV wasn't working. The boy said he'd look into the TV but did nothing. This was the worst stay I've had. I'd tell others to avoid booking or staying here.

The staff were helpful and friendly during my stay, and the clean, comfortable room was good too. It was easy to find the townhouse, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it. Thanks for the great service.
