It’s affordable, but the hotel and premises weren’t clean enough. The toilets are old, and most rooms have no ventilation because the windows are blocked by walls just inches away. There’s no car parking. It might be okay for someone traveling alone, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

A simple vegetable curry and rotis took about an hour to prepare at the restaurant. The person at the counter was rude, and just stared at customers when they asked about the delay. This isn’t worthy of an Oyo hotel, and I think it’s damaging the brand. I’ve had a very bad experience with Oyo hotels as well.

While I was ordering at the restaurant, a swiggy or Zomato delivery person came to collect an order. I saw the counter person treat them rudely. The service deserves minus 5. Please treat everyone who comes to the restaurant with respect.

The staff don’t seem to take responsibility or look after guests’ comfort, and the rooms are small and dirty despite the high prices. I found five vacant rooms, all full of cigarette smell that non-smokers couldn’t bear. The locality feels awkward, and this seems like a very odd place for families. Think twice before booking.
