Gadiraju Palace Convention Centre & Hotel

We stayed one night, two adults, for my friend's wedding on 20 Feb 2026. The hall is enormous and can host social or commercial events, and the property has rooms in several categories. The location is central and easy to reach from other parts of town. Our room was very clean, the AC worked very well, and the restaurant served a wide range of food. The chef made delicious dishes, and the restaurant staff were courteous. Staff were working hard to keep the place tidy. Overall, the stay was quite nice. There were some frustrations. We had prebooked and arrived at 12:45pm, but reception seemed confused and took a long time to let us in. At lunch, we were the only couple in the restaurant, yet staff tried to assign us a table instead of letting us choose. The towel hanger is directly over the toilet seat, and the shower gel was already empty even though we took only one bath during our one-night stay. The rooms aren't soundproof, so late-night lobby noise carries clearly, and another room's doorbell can make you wonder if it's yours. The wifi was very unsatisfactory.

Usha and Hyma at reception were warm, professional, and attentive. Santhosh, Satya, and Lova Lakshmi from housekeeping were prompt, helpful, and courteous, keeping the rooms and shared areas spotless. Their combined effort made our stay comfortable, with clean rooms and smooth coordination for an important family occasion. The venue is spacious, elegant, and very well maintained, making it a lovely choice for weddings and family celebrations. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended for events and stays.

The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our stay at Hotel Gadiraju easy and relaxing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept in good condition, and the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. Room service was quick, and everything was well organized. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

I spent two weeks at Gadiraju Hotel, Vizag, and had a pleasant stay. Hyma at the front office coordinated well and spoke to guests very politely. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was good and hygienic, and the courteous staff provided prompt service. Room service was fast too. I'd recommend it for family or business trips, and hope to visit again. Thanks for all the service.
