Hotel MVP Check Inn

On 18th December, after sightseeing and temple visits, we tried to check in to Room 104, but left the property because of the problems. We paid a one-day price and spent time going to the hotel and back by taxi. The ground floor was occupied by a different company, and the lift was very, very small. The bed sheets weren’t properly washed and had blood and oil marks. The toilet seats had black and yellow marks, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the mirror was broken. We had paid for three adults, but the rooms were very small. I refused to check in, but Treebo charged me for one night. They tried to offer another room, but it had similar issues. I don’t recommend this property, or Treebo at least based on this stay. The lady owner wants profits but there’s no maintenance, and staff act like they’re listening to the owner. Good luck.

The washrooms weren’t maintained, and the charges were unreasonably high for what we got. The online booking through make mytrip didn’t clearly state the type of room or beds, and we weren’t given proper information. Reception and communication were very poor, with rude, unprofessional behavior that came across as deceptive. The price wasn’t worth it.

We’ve just checked into rooms that weren’t ready, and we had to change all the bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels. The lift isn’t working, and though we booked three rooms on the same floor, they couldn’t give them to us together. After an argument, they provided two rooms and said the third would be ready late in the evening. Treebo always says they provide good service and rooms, but this first experience has been so bad that I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

Vinay and Prasanth deserve a special mention. Both were cool, polite, and helpful, and made it feel like home. The hotel is clean, well served, and has a pleasant ambience, with good amenities at a budget-friendly price. Excellent hotel.
