Hotel O Adarsh Nagar Kavya Hospital

I want an urgent investigation and full refund for our booking at Super Hotel O Adarsh Nagar Near Kavya Hospital, at 3-6, 4-315/2, Old Dairy Farm Rd, beside Kavya Hospital, Adarsh Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530040. This was Booking ID: NH73153441685168, dated 08/11/2025. We arrived at 2:50 PM, but the manager was absent and the two staff members there knew nothing about our booking. The building was extremely unhygienic, shared with a small general store, and street dogs were lying by the front door. Given the fare charged, I don't think the absence of a lift should be excused just because the listing didn't mention one. We stood by the roadside for over 45 minutes. MakeMyTrip support asked us to wait while they investigated. They requested property photos, but the hotel denied us check-in and wouldn't let us photograph the room. After repeatedly pressing the staff, we eventually got pictures of the premises and rooms, which are attached in this mail thread. The property looked nothing like the photos on the application. Although the owner or manager wasn't there, they falsely claimed we had never arrived, even though we'd been outside for over an hour. MakeMyTrip and OYO also failed to verify the listing and its misleading images, raising serious concerns about false representation and poor quality control. By 4:16 PM, we were mentally and physically exhausted and had to find somewhere else to stay ourselves. There has been no resolution or refund so far. We recognize that the situation led to emotional distress and an argument at the property and with customer care. That happened because of the misrepresentation, extreme frustration, and lack of accountability from the hotel and support teams. Please investigate the entire case, take appropriate action against the property for misrepresentation, and initiate a full refund. Confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for resolving it.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff, Shiva & Venkatesh, were humble and helpful. It's also easy to get to the main road and market.

I was impressed by the service and the way they welcomed and spoke to me. I can strongly recommend this hotel.
