Hotel New Prince by OYO Rooms

This was an awful stay at Hotel New Prince. The owner's response when I asked him to fix the bathroom water jet was to tell me to adjust. He was arrogant and irresponsible. He seems to run the hotel just for money, with no concern for guests. The rooms were in very bad condition, with spiderwebs and dusty floors, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. There wasn't a bucket in the washroom. When one was provided, it was broken, and the owner said all the rooms were full. The city was completely new to me, so I had no choice but to stay in this pathetic hotel. I would not recommend it at all. I'd give it minus 10 stars.

My friend and I had a miserable stay. We had to go out whenever we needed anything, and ended up arranging everything ourselves, from food and water to washroom supplies. There wasn't even handwash or soap, and the wait for anything was long. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The services were basically nonexistent.

The rooms were fine for a stay, and luckily we got a parking spot on the premises. We ended up here because it was Saturday night and most other places were full. It was okay, with nothing in particular to complain about.

There was no locker in the room, the furniture and dining area were dirty, and even the lift didn't work properly. The hotel needs to improve cleanliness, provide dustbins in rooms, and keep things hygienic. Staff ignored complaints, behaved badly, and responded late. The manager wasn't attentive to customers either. Management also needs to learn how to treat tourists from other states. The service needs a lot of work.
