The place has a nice atmosphere, decent rooms, and an easy to reach spot on the main road. But service and management need a lot of work. Housekeeping only came late in the evening after we handed over the key and followed up repeatedly, even though we asked for cleaning daily. Basic items were missing too, including towels, toiletries, and coffee, tea, and sugar packets. We had to keep asking for them, despite being charged for all guests. Early check-in costs extra by the hour, which seems unreasonable for people arriving after a long journey and needing a rest. The charges don't match the experience. They need timely cleaning, better service, and fairer policies.

Anusha welcomed me, and I had a great experience. The tomato kaju curry was amazing, with the spices balanced just right. The food was perfect.

The one thing that bothered me was getting a double bed room after I had requested a king size bed. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel, with humble staff and a prime location. It's close to the beach without being so close that you get the beach crowd. A place worth visiting with family or as a couple.

I come from Hyderabad to Vizag every month for official work and have stayed here for a week at a time for the past two years. During my recent stay, Mr. Rajesh in the restaurant understood what I needed and made me feel at home while I ate. He's a down to earth, awesome champ. Dear Sir Ram Chander Raju Garu, thank you for all the service I've received at your hotel. I just wanted to share my experience, sir.

I was very happy with my one day stay. The price was affordable, customer service was really good, and there's an in house dining hall.
