Getting food was a problem from the start. The restaurant didn’t have the items we needed, and when we ordered through Swiggy, we were told to come downstairs and collect it ourselves. The in-house food was also very poor. The way the staff treated us made the stay even more frustrating. They were rude and unwelcoming, and Murali (Manager) came across as unprofessional and unconcerned about guest satisfaction. For a place presenting itself as a 3-star hotel, the standards fell far short. With the poor food, staff behavior, and management together, this is difficult to recommend. They need to improve how they handle guests.

The food was excellent, and the room itself was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the money. A strong drain smell in the washroom, possibly from the basin, made it unpleasant to use. The water had a noticeable chlorine odor too. The bottles in the room had no seals and looked as if they’d been filled with tap water, which left me concerned about hygiene.

I went in hoping to book a venue for a birthday party, especially since I really liked their food, but every request got a no. Nobody tried to see what might be possible. When I spoke to the manager, he just kept saying management will not allow it. They didn’t seem interested in serving us or getting the business. Very disappointing.

Lots of dishes to choose from, and the ambience is very good. Child friendly too, so I’d definitely recommend going with family.
