The location is a plus: the area was neat and clean, and the hotel is only 2 km from the beach. Staff were cooperative and behaved well. My stay itself was average, though. The bed linens weren’t good, and some were torn. They changed them on the second day after I asked, but they should check and replace those things ahead of time.

I stayed for 7 days and had a delightful experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were decent. It’s right in the center of the city, close to most places. The hotel is small, with 9 rooms together on one floor and a spa at one end. There’s no restaurant, but food can be ordered when you ask.

There are plenty of places to eat near this budget hotel, since it has no kitchen and orders food from outside. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, the AC worked, and the staff were helpful and nice. Good value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travellers or anyone on a business trip.

Mr. Sudarshan, the Manager, is the reason this place deserves so much praise. He’s a gem of a man, and his customer service is the kind people should learn from. The place itself is awesome and cozy, one of the best budget hotels, with all amenities. Kudos to him for such an out of this world attitude toward serving customers.
