The food they arrange from outside was very poor, and the service overall was bad. The rooms themselves were clean, but they had no towel when I asked, and I had to request toilet soap two or three times before getting it. I had told them at check-in that I would leave at 6:00 am, but there was nobody at reception in the morning. The owner didn't respond properly when I contacted him, and I never received the GST invoice I'd already asked for.

We booked through MMT. The room was unclean and the AC wasn't working, and the owner called and disturbed us at midnight. It was expensive for such poor service. Nobody was at reception; an older woman who only spoke Telugu would give you a room after the owner came on the phone. See the attached photos.

Friends, don't book this place, and if you already have, cancel. They don't honor online bookings, act harshly, and aren't considerate. They raise the price, so be careful and stay away. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

We only needed somewhere to rest during the day while attending a wedding with events running from morning until midnight, and the hotel worked for that. They seem to have some problems with oyo, so booking directly may be the way to go.

The place is okay to stay in, but the beds could be cleaner. Agoda says breakfast is included, yet they don't provide it, so don't count on breakfast. You also have to tell them you need hot water, or you won't get any. The rest was okay.
