Northway Hotel

Getting around was easy, with public transport, cabs, and autos close by, and shops nearby where you can rent scooters. We arrived before check-in, and the receptionist let us leave our luggage and use the washroom to freshen up while our room was being prepared. Everyone was courteous from the start, and we had an amazing stay.

From the road, it looked like a small, average hotel, with mobile phone showrooms on the ground floor, but the room surprised me. It was spacious and well maintained, and really made my day. The breakfast choices felt limited and could be improved. A buffet dinner, either included in a room package or available for an extra payment, would be a nice addition.

City center means some crowd and noise, so if you want a very quiet, peaceful area, Rushikonda side may suit you better. I had a pleasant stay here, though. Shops, restaurants, and transport are all easy to reach, and the location is a real convenience. The guards, receptionists, and room service team were polite, professional, and helpful. Room service was quick and efficient too. If accessibility and good service matter to you, this is a good option.

The breakfast had a solid range: tea, coffee, buttermilk, juice, boiled eggs, corn, bread and jam, idli, sambar, chutneys, fruit, upma, cornflakes, oats, sandwiches, and aloo paratha. There was also a live dosa and omelette counter, with plain, onion, and masala options. The in-house restaurant was convenient, and the room had two comfy chairs and a center table. TV worked fine, the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, and they provided one liter of water per person each day. A few things could be better. The washroom water wasn't crystal clear, and the kettle could have been cleaner. For anyone very particular about cleanliness, the room could use a bit more attention. The bedside charging point was loose, outside food wasn't allowed, and breakfast could add one or two dishes, like paneer or chicken. Staff were friendly and professional, though the night receptionist could have been warmer. Still, the comfort, food, and staff make it worth staying again for me.
