I booked through goibibo and confirmed the reservation with OYO, but when I arrived they asked for extra money to check in. I called goibibo for help while the hotel staff argued that I couldn't expect to book three nights so cheaply and said they wouldn't accept my check-in. They were rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. I'd give zero if I could. I won't recommend this hotel, and I expect people will have problems staying there. Better to avoid it. After booking somewhere else, I told that hotel's receptionist what had happened, and they asked, "Is it srk guest house???" That tells you how bad this place is.

We checked in at 3pm, and the owner agreed to a 3pm checkout the next day and said breakfast was included. When we returned from visiting places, he asked for extra money for the hour and for breakfast. He then said check-in and checkout are only from 10 to 10 am, and breakfast isn't included. He'd agreed to something different, so we didn't know what had happened. If he'd been clear, we would have checked out in the morning. It was a bad experience because he lied to us.

The staff and supervisor were very supportive, and the Wi-Fi helped me a lot with my office work. It was a very good stay.

The rooms were clean and the service was good. The restaurant's quality and service need improvement, though. A good hotel to stay at, and I'd give it four stars.

On our first visit to Vizag, we found these rooms near Rishikonda. They were clean and neat, but cramped and uncomfortable.
