When I arrived at 11:30 pm, the owner demanded extra money even though I'd booked at a deal price. I had a frustrating call with customer care, and they eventually covered that extra cost. But then I found the room had no promised AC, and I had to pay more again because it was so late. On top of that, there were bed bugs, which disturbed me in the middle of the night. The room was dusty from lack of cleaning too. The owner's greedy behavior and the hotel's service left me deeply dissatisfied. What should've been a relaxing night turned into a series of problems. I attached pictures of the bed bugs and dust.

The rooms were clean and cosy, and it's a couple-friendly place. Staff behaved very well, and they provide free RO water from the filter in front of Reception. The only thing that bothered me was the yellow lighting. There isn't a white tubelight in the rooms, and I personally find the yellow lights irritating.

I only stayed because I had office meetings, otherwise I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was very bad overall. They didn't turn on the Geyser and AC at the same time, and there were no bell boys or helpers to move luggage from the car. No towels or toiletries were provided. The entire parking area was already filled with 2 wheelrs and cars, so I had to park on the main road. They charged an extra 300RS, which I agreed to because I didn't want to waste time looking for another hotel.

The room was spacious, and that’s the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. I didn’t feel welcome at all. On checkout day, I was told to leave by 11 am so they could fit in other customers, even though less than half the services had been done. Then the staff still wanted tips and acted like I owed them something. The 10 bucks I gave wasn’t deserved. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re okay with losing your money.

I had a very bad experience. The hotel said there were no rooms available, and that they had no tie-up with oye.
