The rooms had leaking taps in some cases, while others had no hot water. They also seemed to have been cleaned just before we checked in, but stayed wet all day, with no air circulation. The beds were extremely old and worn, and the bed linen was dirty. A terrible hotel, and the problems just kept going.

The room itself is good, but the bed and sheets weren't clean. They need to be cleaned properly.

I checked in at 12:00 pm, but they checked me out at 01:00 pm and didn't refund my money. Worst service I've ever had.

I haven't stayed here, so why did I get this email? Also, my name is Ananth, not prudhvi.

The shower and flush were broken, and the bedsheets were dirty. They also wouldn't accept my online booking and charged me more.
