The entrance photo is fake. I wish I could leave a negative rating; this was a horrible hotel. The staff were uncooperative, and since we'd paid in advance, we had to stay for four nights. They never cleaned either the rooms or bathroom once. The manager was rude and had no sense of how to speak to people. Broken windows meant we were awake all night because of mosquitoes. The TV didn't work, and though breakfast was included in our booking, there was no kitchen. They bought food from someone in front of the hotel, and it wasn't hygienic. They deliberately switched off the AC so we couldn't use it, and there was no hot water. We'd booked from 27 nov to 1 st Dec, but a flight delay meant we couldn't arrive on time. On the morning of the 28th, he charged us an extra 600 for early check-in, saying we hadn't checked in the previous day and couldn't book that day. Please don't book this hotel if you want peace of mind.

The rooms smelled strongly of smoke, and the maintenance was poor. We had a lot of arguments with the hotel about rooms; they play games even when rooms are available. Even though I had paid a week in advance, I was told, “No rooms, sir.” They tell you all sorts of stories until you give in and take a non-AC room. We were so angry it nearly turned physical. Families, avoid booking OYO rooms, especially during peak season. You'll definitely be disappointed.

The rooms were comfortable and very nice, and the prices were reasonable. It's also close to the bus stand and other main places.

The rooms were dirty, like a checkout room, and in very bad shape. The setup is old, and the wash lock wasn't working. The staff were awful. I'd suggest skipping this hotel, or canceling if you've already booked. Thank you.

Worst maintenance, worst rooms, worst staff. Nothing works properly and there's no respect or proper response. The beds and washroom are damaged, and there's no hot water. It feels like a hotel from the 1980s. Don't book here.
