They should explain the 24-hour room offer upfront. After taking an advance, they tell you that if it's past 11 a.m. you have to pay more or leave. That feels like cheating, and they make you miserable.

The breakfast wasn't good, and even after I asked several times it didn't arrive until 9 a.m. I needed to eat before taking medicine and going to the medical store. The staff were rude, and the room had a bad smell from both the room itself and the bathroom. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the sheets were very old and hadn't been cleaned for 15 days. The bathroom was filthy, the fittings old, and the tap had no water. There were also issues with hot water. I wouldn't recommend this place.

They say all the right things when you're booking, including that breakfast is complimentary, but what you get is two poor-quality idlis and a vada. The service boys seem undertrained, and the amenities are poor. Rates are remarkably high for such poor service. Please don't stay here.

Laundry was the one service I was satisfied with, though it was outsourced and the delays could be extreme. If you're staying only a short time, I'd avoid using it. The hotel has no food available, and the soft drinks are never cold enough. The breakfast they serve to the room was awful, and housekeeping wasn't pleasant. There were two of us in the room, but during cleaning they replaced just one towel and left the other, so we couldn't tell whose towel had been changed. They wouldn't replace it even when we asked. The hotel was just okay.
