Super Hotel O Murali Nagar Near NAD Junction

We paid through GPAY after booking a room through OYO at 10 pm on December 4th, then reached the location at 11 that night and found no hotel there. We suffered a lot that night. This was completely misleading and felt like a fraud. Be aware.

The service and rooms were excellent, and the staff behaved very well. It was worth the price.

I stayed for six days, mainly because it was near the bus stand and had air-conditioning and a water heater available all day. The location was fairly good, and the airport was nearby, though eating places were quite a distance away. The room was in a new four-bedroom apartment, so it was new too, and the AC and water heater worked well around the clock. The service was lacking. Red ants crawled around and bit me while I was asleep. A cupboard door was broken, and the shelves and cupboard were dusty. Sheets, pillow covers, and towels weren't changed daily. They did sweep and clean every day, but although the staff were friendly, I had to keep requesting things or chasing them up.

There was air-conditioning and hot water around the clock, and the rooms were reasonably clean. Still, the floor had red ants crawling on it, and there was no daily sweeping or mopping. I had to ask each day for soap, shampoo, and fresh towels. The wall cabinet was a useful feature, but one door was broken and the inside was dusty.
