Treebo Blak & Wite Rk Beach

We had to move twice because of the bad smell and cramped rooms, and the third room had cockroaches too. Even after asking several times, and eventually yelling, they still didn't clean it. The rooms were old and filthy. There's no restaurant, the breakfast was hopeless, and the morning tea and coffee were awful. Management should do something else and close this place. There are better options nearby, so choose one of those.

The photos on the booking site gave me the wrong impression. The "Deluxe" room I booked smelled awful, had cockroaches and other bugs, and the bathroom was broken. Even the bucket and mug were damaged. It was a terrible stay. They kept messaging me to pay as soon as I arrived. Once I saw the room and asked for a refund, they pressured me into staying. I've been following up for a week, but the refund still hasn't been processed. Awful hotel and service.

The location is the only decent thing here. The toilet smelled bad, breakfast was like street food, the TV and electric kettle didn't work, and the service and maintenance were rubbish. There's no restaurant service either. A disgusting stay at a really third-rate hotel.

We were six friends and stayed one night in a spacious, furnished 3 Bhk villa-style apartment. It had AC, a TV, a geyser, and a modular kitchen. The property was new and well maintained. I'd recommend Black and White Hotel if you're visiting Visakhapatnam.
