Braj Yatra Dham by OYO Rooms

I stayed two nights in February in a standard room, when most rooms were empty and it wasn’t peak season. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, the geyser worked fine, and I had no specific complaint about the food. Hospitality was lacking. At check-in they handed over two small bathing soaps, and after I asked, they provided two torn towels. The intercom was dead and they couldn’t fix it. The bed could fit a couple and one child, but the sheet and pillow covers looked old and untidy. With that room quality and level of service, I think it should cost only 700-800 rs.

The lift didn’t work, the bedding wasn’t proper and staff didn’t serve a water bottle or provide towels. The door lock, or Kundi, felt unsecured. The staff and canteen person had the worst attitude I’ve encountered. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed, with terrible service, and I’d never recommend it.

The managers and staff were friendly and helpful, and Vishnu deserves special thanks for his outstanding service that made my stay even better. The room was very clean and high quality. The canteen offered delicious food with a great variety. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this hotel.

I’m from PURI, and Vrindavan felt like my second home. I travelled solo last week but never felt alone, and felt very secure. The staff were so cooperative, and pandeji looked after me like my parents. Thank you for all your kindness. Radhe Radhe.
