Hotel Anamsa Residency

The rooms smelled and were dusty, and the bedding had stains and a bad odor. The bathroom was really dirty, and the exhaust fan was just for show because it didn't work. When I complained that the room phone wasn't working, they told me to use my mobile to contact them. A big disappointment.

The hotel was hygienic and very affordable. Staff were polite, and the food was exceptionally tasty with good-sized portions. A great experience overall.

We had repeated trouble getting basic service. Staff sat in the lobby but were slow to respond, or didn't respond at all, to requests for water or tea, often with an unfriendly attitude. The rooms weren't properly cleaned despite repeated requests, and the staff were extremely rude. The hotel was dirty and unhygienic in person, quite different from the misleading pictures online. There was no kettle. When I was ill and asked for hot water, even handing over a bottle, they failed to bring it and kept the bottle. This happened several times. The food was pathetic too: they often delivered fewer items than we ordered but charged us for everything as if it had been served. The service was very poor, and the stay was disappointing.

I traveled with my family and had a good room near prem mandir. The staff behaved well, and there was a cab available at the hotel.
