Literally there were beer bottles above the cupboard. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before check-in. Hygiene standards were terrible. The staff and management were completely unprofessional and showed no sense of customer service. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had, not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Devi residency is close to bake bihari temple, with cooperative staff and a good ambience. It's a nice, very affordable place to stay. I feel the stair can be improved.

The owner was arrogant and rude when I raised concerns, with no apparent responsibility or concern for our comfort. I genuinely didn't feel this place was safe for families, especially if you're a woman or travelling with females. The stay cost an absurdly high amount despite the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, or value for money. The room was filthy, the washroom dirty and awful smelling, and the furniture broken. The TV didn't work, ants were on the floor, bed, and near the window, and at night I found a lizard on the bed. I strongly urge anyone travelling with family, especially women or children, to stay far away.
