The food was extremely spicy and poor quality, so my husband and I went to bed hungry and skipped the hotel's breakfast. There aren't any nearby restaurants or tea shops, and with no parking available our car had to stay on the road all night. The owner didn't respond to our complaint. Our room had no TV, with staff saying none of the TVs worked. It was poorly cleaned, full of mosquitoes, and had no ventilation, so it felt suffocating. People were drinking near our room, which made us concerned about safety even though the hotel claims drinking isn't allowed. The pictures online were completely misleading. Safety, hygiene, and service were all zero. Avoid this hotel.

The room was really clean and had a natural fragrance. Staff were very polite, ready to help, and gave us guidance about places to visit in vrindavan and mathura. I've recommended it to my family and friends for when they plan a trip to mathura vrindavan.

I stayed here with my family in July and really appreciated how much effort the property manager put in. He was humble and polite with everyone, and the property was kept in very good condition.
