It's 2.5 km from Prem Mandir, and they don't provide hot water in the room. Once you've paid, nobody attends to you, and the way they behave is very rude. If you have enough money, please stay here. There's a lot more to say, but….

The blankets were very dirty, and cleanliness was barely there. The place is also far from all the temples.

The peaceful feel of Hotel Priya Dham made it easy to relax and take in Vrindavan's spiritual atmosphere. Its location was convenient, within a short walk of Banke Bihari Temple and other major spiritual sites. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the in-house food was delicious, pure, and homely. Staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really stood out: they arranged transport and offered local guidance smoothly, and made sure guests felt cared for. I’d recommend it to families, pilgrims, and anyone after a serene, comfortable stay in Vrindavan.

They didn't mention when I booked that the room charge would double after the first day's stay. Housekeeping and cleaning were terrible, basically 0%, and the staff's behaviour wasn't good. Don't stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and good, but there was no housekeeping or cleaning in the room on the second day.
