The location is the only thing I liked. Outside, the hotel looks fairly premium, but inside it’s poorly kept: plaster is coming off the walls, and the AC doesn’t work properly in the corridors or shared areas. In Room 202 the room itself was average, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were torn. I paid ₹2200 a night and wasn’t given complimentary mineral water, just regular RO water in a jug. The staff were extremely rude and showed no basic courtesy, and the management seemed unprofessional too. Nothing else was good.

The reception team, Himanshu and Ashutosh Mishra, gave very good service and were kind. The location is good, close to all the temples.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the hotel is very close to the temple. The staff were cooperative, and the hotel itself was very good. I recommend staying here.

The guard was especially bad, and the staff were so rude and unhelpful. They shouted over small things and showed no respect for guests. Never coming back to this hotel 😑

Cement kept falling from the ceiling above our heads, and when we asked the receptionist to send someone to clean the room and deal with it, he shouted at us and said, “check out from here if you dont like this room.” The hotel is very poorly maintained and the staff are so rude. Never stay here, it was the worst experience.
