Triptam Vrindavan

We came as 25 family members for a family function and had a fantastic stay at Triptam. The staff and management paid close attention and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The whole hotel stayed comfortably warm in the peak of winter thanks to its temperature control system. All the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the fresh linens were much appreciated. We also really enjoyed the meals at Mishri. There was plenty of variety, the food was delicious, and everyone in the family found something they liked. We’d highly recommend Triptam for family gatherings or large groups. Kudos to the team!

The staff were incredible, and I absolutely loved their hospitality and behaviour. The rooms were alright, but the food portions were quite small for the prices. I was also surprised there was no overhead shower in the washroom, just a hand shower. We chose this property over radisson / Sarovar portico mainly because of how close it is to the banke Bihari temple and the isckon temple. Take an auto and you can reach either in about 3-5 minutes. For us, that strategic location is what sets it apart from other properties in Vrindavan. It was still a good stay despite a few flaws. If being close to the temple is your biggest priority, this property could work for you.

The hotel is conveniently close to the temple, which made visits easy and stress-free. The rooms and common areas stayed spotless throughout, and the cleaning service was commendable. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared, with plenty of variety and great taste. Staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was especially smooth. A comfortable, pleasant stay I’d recommend.

We were visiting from Canada and usually stay at Radisson or Marriott, so we were pleasantly surprised that this hotel felt on par with those big chains. At first the somewhat secluded setting caught us off guard, but the staff’s accommodating, five-star hospitality changed our minds. The restaurant team were fantastic too. We ate all three meals there, and both the food and service were outstanding. Everyone was smiling, and the “Radhe Radhe” chants gave the place an atmosphere that really captured the spirit of this holy land. Once you reach Main Street, Banke Bihariji temple, Radha Keli Kunj, and other great places are easy to get to. We’d definitely come back to enjoy the staff’s service again. If you find availability at Triptum, don’t think twice about booking in Vrindavan.
