I paid the deposit OYO asked for to confirm my booking, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel turned me away, saying it did not allow foreigners. That restriction wasn't mentioned in the booking or when they requested the deposit. Reception staff said I would get a refund, but I still haven't received it or heard anything from the hotel, despite sending several messages. Do not book here. This feels like a scam.

The room was awful: it smelled bad, the sheets and blankets were stinky and had cigarette burns, and the place had no kitchen or room service. They wouldn't even give us a room key or remotes for the TV and AC. At check-in, they demanded another 900 on top of what I'd paid through the OYO app. When I objected, they told me to find somewhere else. Just sharing what happened to me so no one else gets caught by what feels like a tempting trap. Be careful. If you see positive reviews, you'll have to decide for yourself whether they're real. This isn't OYO service, it's more like a slum stay.

They refused my OYO booking when I arrived and asked me to pay more instead. The staff behaved very badly, and the hotel seemed poorly maintained. I would never book or visit this place again. They don't deserve even one star.

After I'd already paid through the OYO app, the property owner refused to honor the booking. Being left with nothing after paying was a frustrating waste of time.
