The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms felt much bigger than a standard hotel room. The beds were comfortable. We found the limited hot water manageable, though Western guests may find it frustrating. As of the day we arrived, February 2, 2024, the hotel had new owners and a new name, which I can't recall. Hindi is almost essential. You might manage with English only, but it would be very challenging. I’d recommend it to Hindi speakers and foreigners familiar with Indian customs. It’s a good place to stay and a great value.

The price was affordable and felt like good value for money. The location was great, right in the city center on Golf course road, and the rooms were spacious. I stayed there a few days ago and found the staff very helpful.
