I paid in full and had valid ID, but they still refused to check me in. The staff kept changing their excuses and treated us disrespectfully, even asking us to leave the premises without resolving anything. A terrible experience.

The hotel denied my online payment at the counter, even though I'd already paid in full. Once I proved that, they said our ID proofs weren't valid. It seemed like a clear attempt to avoid giving us the room.

The photos made the hotel look nice, but the stay was nothing like that. The towels were stained, the room hadn't been cleaned well, and the AC didn't work. Staff ignored me when I asked for help. Breakfast was cold and had no taste. A really bad experience.

I booked through agoda and showed the receptionist my confirmation when I arrived, but he demanded extra payment and couldn't explain why. He even tried showing me what looked like the same booking on oyo, though I hadn't booked there. This place felt like a scam operating as a hotel. Avoid it.

Please don't stay here, especially if you're with women. The rooms were awful, and staying there felt like a nightmare for us. Worst stay I've had.
