The location is the only thing I liked. Outside, the hotel looks fairly premium, but inside it’s poorly kept: plaster is coming off the walls, and the AC doesn’t work properly in the corridors or shared areas. In Room 202 the room itself was average, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were torn. I paid ₹2200 a night and wasn’t given complimentary mineral water, just regular RO water in a jug. The staff were extremely rude and showed no basic courtesy, and the management seemed unprofessional too. Nothing else was good.
