The peaceful, well-kept ambience across the property really added to my stay. My room was clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable that I felt relaxed straight away. Rohan deserves a special mention for being polite, helpful and well coordinated. He made sure things were taken care of smoothly, and the service overall was quick, warm and attentive. I'd highly recommend this resort for a memorable getaway.

We had a great time relaxing with family and friends. The swimming pool and overall ambience were excellent, and the resort was well maintained and good value for money. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with good variety and quality. Highly recommended for a peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Restaurant rating was 3.5/5, with food variety 4/5, taste 3.5/5 and cost 3/5. The overall rating was 3.5/5. Room furniture is dated, food is relatively expensive, and the gaming zone isn't in optimal condition. Service can be fast.

Our family wedding at Emerald Resort was wonderful, and the team made the whole occasion memorable. The supporting staff were cooperative, polite and always ready to help, so the events ran smoothly and without stress. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious for our guests. Food was delicious, the decorations were elegant, and the lighting gave every ceremony a magical feel. Emerald Resort truly rocks. I'd recommend it for weddings, stays or any ceremony. Thank you to the whole team.

The food's taste and quality were at their best, and I definitely recommend this place. It's lovely for dining with family or as a couple. The resort's ambience is beautiful, and the sightseeing, location and experience we had here were all five out of five.
