Elegant Waterfront Resort

The location was good, but the owner spoke to customers using bad words, and the staff didn’t seem to know anything. Service was pathetic, with even simple things like towels taking 15 to 20 mins. Cleanliness was just as bad: the dining area wasn’t cleaned, and flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches were crawling around. The kids’ play area was in poor condition, with a risk of children getting hurt, and gym equipment had been left there.

One of the best places near Pune. The views were superb, the food was great, and the staff friendly. I loved every bit of my stay.

What made the stay special was the staff, who were always smiling, warm, and genuinely helpful. Their cheerful, friendly manner and support made everything feel welcoming. Elegant Waterfront Resort, Waki Tarf Wada is in a peaceful spot with a lovely view that immediately puts you at ease. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely visit again.

The staff were the best part of my stay at Elegant Waterfront Resort. They were attentive, supportive, and quick to help with a smile, which made the problems easier to deal with. The deluxe cottage was disappointing, though. The shower roof leaked, the showerhead didn’t work, and hot water wasn’t consistent. The food was average, with nothing wrong but little flavor or variety, and none of the meals impressed me. Some things about the resort were good, and it has potential, but the room’s poor condition and average food are significant drawbacks.
