I've been relying on Delta Exclusive for over a decade. The rates are budget friendly, the service is great, and Delta hotels have kept looking after us over the years. They make staying in Shirdi a happy experience.

The staff were nice, and the hotel management provides a free shuttle to the temple. It's also very close to Baba mandir. Our room was clean and hygienic, and the stay was budget friendly. We had a good experience, and I'd recommend it to families.

I called about a room for 1st January and explained that I needed it for just one hour. The receptionist quoted ₹750 for a non-AC room, from 08:30 AM that day until 08:00 AM the next day. When I asked about a one-hour stay, the staff said I could book it until 12:00 noon on 1st January, and they could give it to another guest after that. Then they asked me to send ₹350 to a personal mobile number. I wanted the hotel's details so I could verify this, but they told me to ignore it. When I asked for the official hotel QR code, they said 18% GST would apply, which was why they preferred a direct payment. After that, the staff asked me to wait while they checked whether a room was available, then disconnected the call.

The rooms at delta were really neat and clean when we stayed a few days ago. Sai baba temple is within walking distance, and we had a great experience.

The staff were prompt, helpful, and well mannered, whether it was the morning or night team. Their pickup and drop service to mandir was a big help too. Worth every penny.
