The food was average at best, while the service was extremely poor. Staff were ill-mannered, unprofessional, and showed no interest in basic hospitality. The most shocking moment came during dinner, when they switched off the lights while we were still eating. That was rude and disrespectful. The owner needs to address staff behavior and improve service. One of the worst hotel service experiences I’ve had, and it really can’t get much worse.

The restaurant was very good, and the South Indian dishes at the complimentary breakfast were good too. Good hotel and good service.

I’ve never had food this bad. The vegetable curry was just crushed tomatoes. Think before visiting.

We were 15 doctors with a booking made in advance, but service was incredibly slow. Half of us were still waiting for the main course after the others had finished. The staff were untrained, didn’t speak Marathi, and seemed completely careless about guests. There wasn’t even water at the wash basin. High prices aren’t justified by the ambience alone. Poor service and management, a total disappointment.

The food tastes very poor, and it’s expensive too. Better to eat by the roadside.
