GM. Continental

They sell customers a membership card, then refuse to follow its rules and conditions. It felt like the hotel was defrauding customers. Don’t get caught in this trap. Worst experience!

The room was handed over in an undressed state, with no water or towel, so I had to call for everything. There aren’t any contact numbers on the telephone, so how is anyone supposed to guess the reception or restaurant number? Nobody listened when I asked for help. Sorry, hotel staff, but this was really bad service.

I’m Sahil, the Haryana Head at a company, and I stayed at your hotel previously. My AC stopped working at night, so they moved me to another room, but that room’s washroom was in bad shape. At breakfast, the restaurant staff said they wouldn’t serve me in my room. I went down and ordered poha and an omelette, but the omelette came out raw. When I asked for juice, they said the hotel had none. The worst hotel experience I’ve had. I won’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I spent four hours at GM Continental today, had snacks, and got a Rs. 700 bill. After I’d sat for another hour, the staff told me I couldn’t just keep sitting there because my bill wasn’t large enough. They said I should order more if I wanted to stay.
