Daspan House

I had a health issue during my stay, and the staff were incredibly attentive and supportive. The garden is beautiful, and my room was carefully designed, with a comfortable, spotless bathroom. The whole property was very clean and well maintained, with an atmosphere that made me feel at home. I was genuinely impressed. In India, four- and five-star ratings don't always match what you get, but this hotel really deserves its four stars and could even count as a luxury stay. For European travelers, it's a reliable, comfortable choice that's managed with great care.

The service team were kind and helpful throughout, and the care they put into their work was clear from arrival through checkout. The food was some of the best we've had in India, and the cocktails were outstanding. Daspan House feels like a carefully made oasis. Its history, decor, and design are beautiful, with amazing attention to detail. This may be the best hotel experience I've had, though photos can't capture the feeling. You have to stay to understand it. I honestly can't recommend it enough. Thank you for something truly special.

The staff deserve special mention. They worked together seamlessly and paid careful attention to every detail, often anticipating what guests needed. That made the stay memorable. I'm familiar with hotels in India, where star ratings don't always match international standards, but my three nights at this heritage property were exceptional. The hotel was elegant, beautifully preserved, and impeccably maintained, with tasteful decor and carefully planned lighting. The garden was a real jewel, peaceful and restorative, and especially pleasant for a meal. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and perfectly clean, as was the bathroom. The warm restaurant had hand-painted walls that gave it charm and character.

We loved winding down with cocktails and card games after long days exploring Jodhpur. Breakfast was lovely, the showers were excellent, and the room was excellent too, with everything we needed. The hotel's careful decoration and presentation showed how much care had gone into it. It felt like a little sanctuary away from Jodhpur's bustle, and was the highlight of our month away in India. Everyone's unbelievable hospitality made it feel like they really wanted my partner and me to have the best holiday. We didn't want to leave Daspan House and hope to be back soon.
