There was no phone to reach reception for help, the TV didn't work, and breakfast was the same for everyone with no choice. There's also a room with a hole beside the curtain, so they can easily watch you. Girls and couples, beware. They can make videos of you. They cheat you and provide no service. Don't ever choose OYO 27706 VINEET, BHAGALPUR.

Even after I booked and paid, they refused to let me check in and didn't give my money back. The management of the OYO group was disgusting. A terrible experience. Never book a hotel through OYO, it will only harass you.

They refused to let me check in even though I'd booked and paid. The service was very poor, and the management at vinnet was disgusting. Never book this hotel. The front office boy didn't know how to speak to a guest and was very illiterate. God gave him a lot of hair on his head but no brain.

It's affordable and in a great location, especially for business stays. The food is great too, and the banquet is amazing.

When we got to the hotel, the staff denied that we'd booked a room and said they don't accept online bookings. Their behavior was cheap. If they can't honor rooms booked online at the advertised deal, why put the hotel online at all? The worst hotel in Bhagalapur. Don't book here.
